The dialog “Microsoft Defender Smartscreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting…” pops up when the installer runs. This is nothing to worry about (my mirrors wouldn’t list Nethor if there are issues with it). You can safely bypass this by clicking “More info” and then the button “Run anyway”.
